Programm Fine Hotels + Resorts:Great hotels and resorts®Program Benefits (FHR) are available for new bookings through American Express Travel at participating hotels and apply only to qualifying US Platinum Personal, Business and Corporate cards®Members and Centurion®Members (Delta SkyMiles®Platinum Card members are not eligible. Reservations must be made with an eligible card and paid for with that card or another American Express card®Card issued in the name of the authorized cardholder, where the cardholder must travel in accordance with the booked route. Average total value of program benefits based on bookings made in the previous year for two-night stays; actual value varies. Midday check-in and room upgrade are subject to availability and will be provided upon check-in. Some room types are not upgradeable. The type of experience points or perks (if applicable) varies by property; Experience points count toward qualifying fees up to the amount of experience points. Advance reservations are recommended for some experience points. The type and value of daily breakfast (for two people) varies by accommodation; Breakfast price is minimum 60 USD per room per day. If the cost of WiFi is included in the mandatory accommodation fee, a daily credit of this amount will be given upon check-out. Benefits apply per room per stay (maximum three rooms per stay). Concurrent stays booked by a cardholder, a cardholder staying in the same room, or a cardholder traveling in the same group within 24 hours at the same facility are considered one stay and do not qualify for additional FHR benefits ( "Forbidden Law"). American Express and the property reserve the right to modify or withdraw FHR benefits at any time without notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you may be engaged in a prohibited activity or related abuse, abuse or gambling involved have FHR benefits. Performance limits vary by property. Benefits are not redeemable for cash and are not combinable with any other offer unless otherwise stated. The services must be used during the booked stay. Any applicable credit will be charged at check-out in USD or local currency equivalent. Benefits, eligible facilities, and availability and features of these facilities are subject to change.

Reservations must be made with an eligible card and paid for with that card or another American Express card®Card issued in the name of the authorized cardholder, where the cardholder must travel in accordance with the booked route. Room upgrade is subject to availability and offered upon check-in. Some room types are not upgradeable. American Express and Property reserve the right to modify or withdraw the THC Benefits at any time, without notice, if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have committed any prohibited act or related to any abuse, misuse or abuse of the Benefits by us or have committed gambling THC. Benefits are not redeemable for cash and are not combinable with any other offer unless otherwise stated. The services must be used during the booked stay. Any applicable credit will be charged at check-out in USD or local currency equivalent. Benefits, eligible facilities, and availability and features of these facilities are subject to change.

$200 Hotel Credit:US Consumer Platinum Card Basic members are eligible for up to $200 per calendar year when they or additional Platinum members use their cards to pay for qualifying prepaid Fine Hotels + Resorts lodging®and The Hotel Collection bookings through American Express Travel (i.e. through amextravel.com, Amex®via the App or by calling the phone number on the back of an Eligible Card) or when Companion Platinum Card members with such Platinum Card accounts pay for qualifying The Hotel Collection prepaid bookings booked through American Express Travel (i.e. through amextravel.com , Amex).®app or by calling the phone number on the back of an eligible card). Purchases made on the card account by both the primary cardholder and the additional cardholder are eligible for a credit on the account statement. However, the total amount in your Qualifying Purchasing Account cannot exceed $200 per calendar year per card account. Great hotels and resorts®Only eligible US Consumer Basic Platinum Card and Extra Platinum Card members may make reservations under the program. Hotel Collection reservations may be made by eligible American Basic and Additional Platinum Card consumer card members, as well as Companion Platinum Card members with a Platinum Card account.

Mile Delta Sky®Platinum Card members are not eligible for this benefit. To receive a statement credit, an eligible cardholder must make a new prepaid booking with their eligible card through American Express Travel (on amextravel.com and in the Amex app as "Now.") on or after July 1, 2021 pay”) for a Qualifying Stay at an available, participating Fine Hotels + Resorts or The Hotel Collection property. Hotel reservations require a minimum stay of two consecutive nights. Eligible reservations must be processed before December 31, 12:00 PM. 11:59 p.m. Central Time of each calendar year to be eligible for statement credits that year. Eligible reservations do not include interest, cancellation fees, in-kind or other similar charges, or any charges imposed by the property (whether for reservation, stay or otherwise). You will usually receive credits on account statements within a few days. However, it may take up to 90 days for an eligible prepaid hotel reservation to be posted to your card account. American Express relies on the merchant to process transactions in the same calendar year that you made your prepaid booking in order to use the credit amount in the intended calendar year. For example, if you make a qualifying prepaid booking on the last day of the year, but the retailer doesn't settle the transaction until the following day, your card account will be credited for the next calendar year, provided the purchase is eligible.

If the booking is canceled or changed, the account statement may not be credited or may be revoked. To be eligible for this benefit, your card account must not be canceled or expired at the time you redeem your statement balance. If American Express does not receive information identifying your transaction as legitimate, you will not receive a credit on your statement. For example, a transaction is not eligible if it involves a booking: (i) made at a property that is not eligible for Fine Hotels + Resorts or The Hotel Collection, (ii) not made through American Express Travel, or (iii ) does not use an authorized card.

Participating facilities and availability are subject to change. If AmericanExpress determines, in its sole discretion, that you have engaged in, or intend to engage in, abuse, abuse or gambling in connection with this benefit, American Express is not obligated to provide any credits provided to you and may revoke them. If a qualifying purchase fee is included in your card account balance due, the statement credit associated with that fee may not apply to the balance due. Instead, a statement credit may be added to your Pay-In-Full balance. 5x membership rewards®Platinum Card Points:Basic card members receive 1 member reward®one point for every dollar charged for qualifying purchases made with your Platinum card®or an account reward card plus 4 additional points (5 points total) for every dollar charged for qualifying travel purchases made with a card in the account (“Additional Points”), less cancellations and credits. Eligible travel purchases are limited to: (i) purchases of scheduled airline tickets up to US$500,000 per calendar year booked directly with a passenger airline or through American Express Travel (by calling 1-800-525-3355 or through AmexTravel.com). . ; (ii) purchases of prepaid hotel reservations booked through American Express Travel; and (iii) purchases of prepaid air and hotel packages booked through AmexTravel.com. Eligible travel purchases do not include: charter flights, private jet flights, tours, cruises, or package tours (other than prepaid air and hotel packages booked through AmexTravel.com), ticket fees or similar service charges, ticket cancellation or modification Fees, real estate or similar fees, hotel or event group bookings, interest charges or cash purchases. Eligible prepaid hotel reservations or prepaid flight and hotel reservations modified directly with the hotel are not eligible for bonus points.

Bonuses that can be obtained with the card in other purchase categories or in connection with promotions or offers from American Express cannot be combined with this service. Any portion of the fee that the base card member seeks to cover by redeeming Membership Rewards points is not eligible for points. Additional terms and restrictions apply.

Sellers are assigned codes based on what they primarily sell. We group certain merchant codes into categories that qualify for additional points. You will not receive extra points for purchases from a retailer if the retailer code is not included in the bonus points category. Basic Card members may not receive bonus points if we receive incorrect information or are otherwise unable to identify your purchase as eligible for bonus points. For example, you may not receive Bonus Points if: the merchant uses a third party to sell its products or services, the merchant uses a third party to process or transmit your transaction to us (e.g., using a mobile or wireless card reader), or you choose whether you want to make a purchase through a third-party payment account or through a mobile or digital wallet.

In order to be able to use this advantage, the card account cannot be closed. If American Express determines, in its sole discretion, that you have engaged in, or intend to engage in, abuse, abuse or gambling in connection with this benefit, American Express may terminate access to this benefit through your account in any manner. 5x Business Platinum Membership Points:Earn one point for every dollar charged for a qualifying purchase made with your Business Platinum card®from American Express. Earn 4 bonus points (5 points total) for every dollar spent on eligible travel purchases. Eligible travel purchases include scheduled flights and prepaid airfare and hotel packages made online through AmexTravel.com, net of refunds and other credits. In addition, qualifying travel purchases include prepaid hotel purchases made through American Express Travel, by calling our travel agents, or online at AmexTravel.com, net of refunds and other credits. Eligible travel purchases do NOT include prepaid hotel reservations, scheduled air travel and prepaid phone flight and hotel packages, vacation packages, car rentals, cruises, group hotel or event bookings, ticketing services, cancellation or other fees, interest purchases on travelers checks, purchases or top-ups of Prepaid cards or purchases of other cash equivalents. To be able to receive a 5x membership reward®To earn points, you must book and top up your travel purchase using the same qualifying Business Platinum card®. To change your booking you must cancel and rebook. You may cancel and amend your booking on AmexTravel.com or by calling an AmexTravel.com representative at 1-800-297-2977. The cancellation policy of the hotel applies to cancellations. When hotel bookings are made or modified directly with the hotel supplier, the booking is not eligible for 5X Membership Rewards®points lead. In order to receive additional points, card accounts cannot be canceled or expire at the time the additional points are used. In the event of booking cancellation, additional points will be deducted from your Membership Rewards account. Bonus points will post to your Membership Rewards account approximately 6 to 10 weeks after qualifying purchases appear on your bill. Bonuses received on your card in other purchase categories or in connection with American Express promotions or offers cannot be combined with this benefit. The benefits of your additional card(s) may differ from the benefits of your main card. Pay with points:To use the Pay with Points option, you must add Membership Rewards to an eligible purchase through American Express Travel®registered with American Express®Map. Eligible purchases through American Express Travel do not include prepaid car rentals or prepaid hotels. The points will be deducted from your Membership Rewards account and the corresponding dollar amount will be credited to the American Express card account you are using. If the points used do not cover the entire amount, the remainder of the purchase price remains on the American Express card account. Minimum exchange of 5,000 points.
