The advertised vehicle was not exactly what I expected, the vehicle was damaged, dirty and not at all presentable. It was in so much damage that my accompanying mechanic pointed out that the amount of money I would spend on the repair outweighed the amount that the vehicle was a waste of time.

Jimmie had my loan application at the final rate/loan in less than 30 minutes and he was an entrepreneur. Ali - the owner - gave my signature, and a veteran. These guys set the standard for a great car buying experience. You are busy but attentive and honest. I would buy here again.

I was pre-approved online, which meant NOTHING. They told me to apply for financing through them. After dropping another point on my credit score to apply, they came back with a much higher down payment and a higher monthly payment. They then laughed when my husband told them it was a "crazy" crowd. They told me they don't operate with bad credit after bankruptcy.

Absolutely great service! They were quick to respond to my request to test drive my vehicle and gave me suggestions on where to go as I was unfamiliar with the area. Sounds cliche but they really treated me and my kids like family. My teenage sons opted to stay in the car with their cell phones and my salesperson brought them bottles of water while we waited for the finance office to finish up another client.

The low rating is because they asked us to fill out paperwork so they could repay the loans with the assurance that they would only foreclose if we agreed to a deal. We couldn't come to an agreement, we didn't want to buy the vehicle at the lowest price and they went ahead and put out a credit report. When I called them about it, their response was that they couldn't discuss numbers with us without letting them go. Twice they were dishonest on one visit. I will never do business with them.

This dealership was the worst. I spoke to them directly for 4 days about purchasing this car. I was told the whole time that the car was not for sale because it was inspected and then detailed. But somehow someone else managed to buy the car from me. Brianna the salesperson did not follow up on all the communications I initiated and to be honest I feel like she lied the whole time about the car not being available.
